The Other Side is aimed at London's younger commuters, those who want a bit more substance about their commute to work/university than the other free papers can give them. The magazine is A5 and features articles from some of the city's most promising writers, award winning illustrators and cartoonists and RCA graduated photographers.
We reach thousands monthly and the magazine is handed out at four stations on the Northern Line by us, offering direct access to the public, unlike many other free mags in London that are left to stew in bars and cafes.
Our website which you are on now is the first community centered website of it's kind and aims to get readers involved in the production of the magazine, we currently receive 200 - 350 unique hits per day on the site and have been featured in the likes of Marketing Week, Brand Republic and Press Gazzette. You can see we are on the right track and will be making our presence felt even more in the very near future.

The Other Side is not just dropped any old place. No sir, Like Indiana Jones choosing the holy grail, we choose wisely. First and foremost our magazine is handed directly into the hands of young Londoners on their commute into work or university. We strategically place ourselves in front of the guys handing out the rubbish list magazine and lovingly hand out the mag. It doesn't stop there, we chat to people, ask them what they want and give them a big smile and 'good morning.'
We recently struck a deal with Boxfresh to store in their Covent Garden shop and to get involved with their You vs Boxfresh campaign, with the Other Side designing their very own Boxfresh tee.
The print run is at 5000 so imagine those being passed around the tube on a busy Thursday morning, That's alot of readers!
PLUS our website which receives over 250 unique visits per day and has hundreds of members in our community is just the start to something we know is going to be a massive success.
