Obviously we are doing something right.

It's been a busy week for all of us at Other Side HQ (that's the cafe and the pub...we don't have offices yet) working to make things happen...and happen they have.

With interest coming from left right and centre we are pleased to announce that we've been picked up by numerous online journals, please see the following links for more details.

The Guardian (yes that's right)

Brand Republic

Open Business

Print Week

Net Imperative

Press Gazette

Marketing Week

Tech Winter

Marvellous Media Co.

with more in the pipeline it's no wonder we are all very excited about the future.

Why the Other Side??

The Other Side began following a conversation with an elderly gentleman onboard the number 73 bus regarding the London Lite. His exact words were “I wouldn’t wipe my arse with that drivel.” And lo the Other Side was born.

Not only telling you where to go and what to do along the Northern Line, but also entertaining you as you get there. No more will you have to turn to the tabloid hackery of the gutter press to wile away those infuriating minutes when you're stuck in a tunnel. Now you can open a copy of the lovingly fashioned Other Side and the frustration will melt away!

Put together in a small office in North London, the day-to-day running of The Other Side are half from a top London monetary publication and the other half from an even topper London educational software company. Writers, illustrators, photographers, designers and more have been acquired from across the country, going so far as to rope in a Liverpudlian to entrecote our steaks and shine our shoes.

We’re all about you lot, the people of our wonderful city and as Lina Lamont once famously said, “If we bring a little joy into your humdrum lives, it makes us feel as though our hard work ain't been in vain for nothin'. Bless you all.”

So we’ll keep working our socks off to produce our magazine and hopefully one day we’ll be top of the pile.
