SAD NEWS: According to this post, the pop-up event has been cancelled due to issues with a trading license. My cotton-stuffed heart is so sad.
If you’re into craft, whether as someone who can knit up a storm or as a frequent Etsy shopper, you’ll be interested to hear that the folks behind the Crafty Fox Pop Up Market will be in the Main Market Square on Saturday, the 5th of November, showcasing an array of crafts and handmade items from such artists/crafters as Tatie Lou, A Weathered Penny, Black Cactus, Jillty Drawings, Alfie Man and Forgotten Stitches. A full list of stall holders can be seen here.
Along with a bunch of bad-ass craftery, Crafty Fox will be hosting workshops at the space, teaching folks how to make origami foxes, plush critters and writing letters.
The event is free, so you’ll be able to keep all your money towards fabric jam lids, hand-drawn teapots, Scrabble tile rings, moustache decorations or whatever else your little twee heart desires. For more information on the workshops and to see what other items will be available from other artists, have a look at their post on the event. Crafty Fox are also on Twitter and on Facebook so you can keep up with this and other events.
